Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and options when returning or exchanging items purchased from our store.


1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order for most items purchased online and receive a full refund.

  • Your right to cancel starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days after you receive your goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) before the 14-day period expires.

  • Once you have informed us, you then have 14 days to return the items to us.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage), using the same payment method you used for the purchase.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • In their original packaging (where applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Sealed products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, earrings) that have been opened for hygiene reasons

  • Digital downloads or services once they have been accessed or performed


3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund.


4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault.

  • We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or damaged items.

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
